How do i restore?

I have an Acer Aspire 3003LCi, I have the recovery CD's with it but I can't find this little square thing that gives you the steps on how to recover it. I know you restart it then hit "f2", set the boot order then I think you put in the first CD but it doesn't really do anything. Help?

Nothing there referring to your exact model, but the 3000 series is listed (I would imagine that the 3000 is incredibly similar to the 3003!).
