What's up with mods post countbcarl314 12-19-2002, 10:29 PM Just noticed that sage45 is a moderator with only 31 posts. What's up with that? ;) Spookster 12-19-2002, 11:26 PM What a slacker!!! :D Mhtml 12-20-2002, 03:41 AM It is possible Sage45 focuses on management of his forum. ionsurge 12-20-2002, 10:25 AM I never knew that there was a mod called sage45... hrmm... :) Ionsurge. cg9com 12-20-2002, 03:43 PM Just noticed that bcarl134 is a CF Regular with only 233 posts. What's up with that? ;) chrismiceli 12-20-2002, 11:32 PM to be an addict you need 300 post, to be a nut, you need 1000, it was all reviewed in the post in the forum called new ranks or something. i just became a addict. Mhtml 12-21-2002, 04:16 AM http://www.codingforums.com/showgroups.php/s= cg9com 12-21-2002, 05:34 PM ..i was just saying what bcarl said? ;) bcarl314 12-23-2002, 01:04 PM Well, I s'pose I could artificially inflate my post count, but I prefer "quality" posts! ;) btw- I think I was around a few hundred posts on WA, so I'm Really around 500 give or take a few. :D ionsurge 12-23-2002, 04:15 PM Huh ? Ionsurge. mouse 12-27-2002, 12:49 AM Originally posted by bcarl314 Well, I s'pose I could artificially inflate my post count, but I prefer "quality" posts! ;) btw- I think I was around a few hundred posts on WA, so I'm Really around 500 give or take a few. :D If this were WA my total posts: xxx would likely read daily average: xxx :D Mhtml 12-27-2002, 05:19 AM lol :D It got to be a bit like that didn't it. Zvona 12-28-2002, 11:09 AM Personally, I'm focused on preventing improver behavior (posting) in HTML&CSS forum, thus low count on posts. However this seems to be enough on controlling HTML&CSS section because there are numerous experts answering with very little delay. Also, when someone really breaks rules, either George or other of our Super Mods arrives immediately and starts firing furiously with his/her Mod Gun ;) chrismiceli 12-30-2002, 06:39 AM is your mod gun broken :):o cg9com 12-30-2002, 04:34 PM are you ready for zvona to prove its not? ;) chrismiceli 12-30-2002, 09:02 PM lol ;) Morgoth 01-16-2003, 10:52 PM Lol, I don't think the amount of post a Mod has really has to matter, does it? I'm not a Mod, and a have a good amount of posts. Not to mention, I lost 16,000 posts when we switched to the new forum! jkd 01-16-2003, 11:09 PM Originally posted by Morgoth I'm not a Mod, and a have a good amount of posts. Not to mention, I lost 16,000 posts when we switched to the new forum! Nobody had 16,000 posts from WA. Spookster and Justame lead the way with almost 10,000, with a few others (like me) hanging around 7,000. Morgoth 01-17-2003, 03:48 AM Did I say 16,000? I ment 1,000,000. mouse 01-17-2003, 04:14 AM All your post counts are belong to mouses  The Javaman1 had a good 6k or so iirc maes 01-17-2003, 08:34 PM Originally posted by jkd Nobody had 16,000 posts from WA. I joined the forums when they were still hosted on wsabstract.com. They were shut down for a while due to bandwith, and reopened on the freewarejava.com domain. Then WSAbstract was renamed to JavascriptKit, and the forums were switched from UBB to vBulletin, under the new name CodingForums. The CodingForums incarnation is pretty young, but there are years behind this actual community. Morgoth 01-17-2003, 11:34 PM I came in during the javascriptkit.com days, and I joined this forum as soon as it opened. Thought, I do stay away from the forums everyonce and awhile, becuase I stop programming for a bit or something. ionsurge 01-30-2003, 11:13 AM Where have all these people gone off too? brothercake 01-30-2003, 01:40 PM I joined about 2 1/2 years ago, and most of the regulars I remember from WA are still hanging around ...
