I need to buy a wireless adapter for a computer and I was going to get a USB one and I was wondering if people knew of a certain model or brand that had the best Linux support. The computer I'm going to initially be using it on is running Windows but I figure if I'm going to buy one, might as well get one I could use under Linux in the future.

Thanks.

Did you want native support or would you not mind installing ndiswrapper which uses the windows drivers to get the adapter working?

Native support would be ideal but as long as I know I can get it working without going to an extreme amount of work.

I found this article. http://www.linux.com/articles/113920
It also has a link to a compatibility list. Its a .gz file but something like winzip, winrar, or 7-zip can uncompress it.
