Hiya,
When I turn on my pc sometimes, it can take minutes for this information to appear about the video card and then carry on booting. Normally it would just go to the video information directly. Some times it doesn't even load it, and just just beeps, does anyone know whats wrong?

Check the power supply.

it has power, you can here the fans and it's beeping, so it must have power. How will I know if the power supply is the problem?

I'd try unplugging any external I/O stuff (things plugged in via USB, Firewire, etc.) that you don't absolutely need and trying it for a little bit, if the problem goes away you know it is a external device, otherwise you know it isn't. That'd be the easiest first step.
But I have a hunch that it isn't but it can't hurt to rule it out.

Some systems have trouble booting up 'cold'. There might be a bios setting that u'll have to change into 'quick post' (enabled).
