Code Check on Cookie Problem

Please check out these 2 pages the cookies are not refreshing correctly, Im sure its the Post/Get statment but I need the Post statment for the Formmail CGI any suggestions here are appreciated

help anyone Ive rewritten these pages and am stuck with the cookies, the cookies work fine when I use the method="get" but
I need the method="post" or the formmail script, anyone have a suggestion how to get around this
