Beginning Flash

Hey, im just starting flash and i was wondering if i should get a book on it. or if there is a site for it. Because i have no idea what i'm doing. also, how do you get images that are really cool. do you use a generator or a website? or do you have to draw them? plz help me. i am making a 3D game for the books: Warrior Cats. hi, its not that clear most of the time some 3d effects are prerendered in external aplications and the frames pasted into flash. some are photos that have been edited etc. Flash can handle 3d however but i do not know enough about it to talk about it.
