Looking For Host: No SetupFee/1mo payment option

I see a lot of nice hosts but they want 3 months payments at a time and a setup fee I dont want to pay really.

I was VERY pleased with Aplus.net but they have really gone downhill with customer support, I think they just have too many people. My entire site was shut down for 3 days now and I havent gotten an email response, it was shut down because I uploaded a forum (Vanilla) and they said it was malicious.

Looking for some around 10 a month with no setup fee, and month-month payment.

Please if you know of anything tell me, I am really disapointed. Ill pay the Setup fee if Its not like $40 for a $6.95/mo plan, seems ridiculus.
