i want to make a website preloader with black background....! and i have no idea about flash....!

You can't really preload html with flash. If its just images you want to preload then check out these examples.

Yeah I thought about that but then they said they have no idea about flash. They wouldn't really be worried about a preloader if they were making a full flash site as least not yet.
