Querystring to hidden input field

Hi :) . I need help bigtime! I'm a newbie and have no idea what I'm doing anymore. I used to program over 5 years ago but I've forgotten too much without practice.

Anyway, this is my URL
http://www.zerodoubtwealth.com/test/index.html?source=gaw&kw=create+wealth

My goal is to put the value of "source" into the hidden source field, and the value of "kw" into the hidden kw field.

Right now I have a script which parses it and writes it to the document....I do NOT want to write it to the VISIBLE document, I want the values written to the hidden field values.

I tried adding the code to the same url above but I still can't get it to work...please help!
