Wierd External Link Problem

Hey,
On my web site if I put an external link on my site, when someone click on the link the address displays as http://mysite.com/www.google.com instead of www.google.com. And its not a PHP page so i cant imagine its something to do with the PHP config file. :confused: Please Help, Thanks

Try setting the link's href to

http://www.google.com
