Which CMS

If you were to use any publicly available CMS to create a website, which one would it be?

Wondering if there are any favorites amongst the experts.

This question comes up all the time (http://www.codingforums.com/search.php?searchid=1107717) in this forum, and typically the responses are kind of eclectic. You may want to go to OpenSourceCMS (http://opensourcecms.com/) which lets you test drive a bunch before you settle on one.
