Stress Test For Apache 2

Does anyone know of a stress testing tool for apache2 i tried insalling ab on ubuntu 6 on seperate machine but it came up with an error it sais that apache2-utils:depends:libcre3 but is not installable

So does anyone know of a stress tool i can run on windows or one runs on ubuntu 6 and is easy to intall?

for win32 install the apache msi, it includes ab etc

for ubuntu# apt-get install seige (http://www.joedog.org/Siege/FAQ)

also try #apt-get install apache2-utils --fix-broken

apt-get install seige said package not found

and do you know how to run ab in windows i have no idea how to do that if u could provide a link or some instruction id appreciate it.
