I need to know how to make a drop down box that will appear and when it's emailed to me, I can see what that person picked.

Hello,

just use a select input in your form like this:

<form action="http://www.hostmonster.com/monstermail" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="POST"> Name: <input type="text" name="Name"><br> Email: <input type="text" name="mailfrom"><br> Street Address: <input type="text" name="StreetAddress"><br> City: <input type="text" name="City"><br> Zip: <input type="text" name="Zip"><br> Phone: <input type="text" name="Phone"><br>
Drink: <select name="bev">
<option value="tea" selected>Tea
<option value="cof">Coffee
<option value="lem">Lemonade
</select><br>
<input type="hidden" name="sendtoemail" value="webmaster@runenation.com"><br> <input type="submit" value="Send Email"> </form>
