i know that you can convert wml(=xml) to html with the right commands through xsl transformations. can anyone please help me out?such the enviroment i have to use or the right commands?

i want to know how can I convert/translate/encode/decode wap pages to web pages?Is there any software that can do that?if no,i heard that if i create the right commands the wap pages automatically will translate to web pages

P.S. I ask this because very often i use my 3G(UMTS 2100) mobile as a modem for my PC
P.S.1: i have the HTML-Kit and Nvu
P.S.2: it would be helpfull if you sned me a form or a script
P.S.3: is there a way that this command runs always when a xml code is running in my pc ?(all wml codes automatically be transcode to html)
