Hi.
My project is SimplePeers. Here are the features I want.
First, let me tell you that SimplePeers is going to be an advice type online magazine kind of site. It will have articles and such that would need to be constantly added and modified. So it SHOULD be easily editable.
Features:
- Categories (arts, campus life, entertainment life, fashion, food, health, nightlife, professional life, relationships)
- Authors
- The site will be like a "written by you" type of site
- Top Authors
- Popular Articles
- Email this article
- Bookmark this article
- A way to track top authors, popular articles, and most emailed.
- rank (make a distincion between regular writers and official "all the time writers")
- search
- blog.simplepeers (wordpress)
- a way to impliment contests
- confesssions (similar to http://confess.ning.com)
- make SimplePeers your homepage
- Add SimplePeers to your favorites
- Advertising Info
- Time, day, date on homepage...
- Quote of the day
- Fact of the day
- Ads spots for yahoo ads
- sources for each articles
- horoscopes
- RSS Feeds

Those are basically my idea for this project. I've got ripped off once, and it wont happen again. So please ONLY bid if you know you can do this for me. And im going to tell you right now im not spending over 250 for this project. I payed 295 for my last and its not even on my server yet... yah pretty mad!

Im looking for a kind programmer, web designer who can get the job done.

Give me your BID and I'll see if its within my budget. My budget isnt high...

This isnt a bid because you clearly couldnt afford me ;) but you should probably specify the currency for your budget. You've said you're not paying more 250... pesos? pounds? dollars? solid gold coins?
This is an international site and since your location is set as 'look behind you', we can only guess where you're from and what your currency is.

Its nice to see someone who's clearly thought about what they want. But if you want stuff done in a hurry (which it sounds like you do) then you might have more luck with a bigger budget. When you're hitting the $10-20 an hour market its completely pot luck - get references if you can because while you might get someone amazing that will produce a quality product in a timely fashion, its more likely that you'll get someone who will either do a half-assed job or take forever about it. I get most of my clients that way - at $100 an hour I wouldnt keep clients very long if I wasnt good and pretty fast, most of them have been burned by cheap outsourcers.

But money doesnt grow on trees, if your budget is fixed then make sure to check references and portfolio or resign yourself to being patient ;)
