Specs:

Gigabyte GA-M55S-S3 / Nforce 550
AMD Athlon X2 3800+ AM2
2x1GB Corsair 4-4-4-12 PC5400
X1950Pro sapphire 256MB (with zalman vf700-CU)
Dual 120MM radiator with 2x 120MM silent fans.
4x200GB (storage) / 1x200GB (OS) / 1x 160GB (backup)
Dvd burner / reader.

The benefits are alot more cooler & silent then with regular aircooling.

Yeah a friend of mine did it but ended up getting a leak. Fried his graphics card. Had to use an old one now Vista won't run as well as it should have on his system.

The thought of putting any sort of liquid any where near my comp has never crossed my mind.

I am not a gamer & this is the only field I would imagine anything but regular cooling might be required... even then I am skeptical, I think its more about bling

I'm using a push-in system, where the hoses actually fit into something and last strong.

For water, never use anything else then DEMI-water (the same stuff u put in a iron). For example Krane-water (the stuff that comes in your toilet , shower etc) contains minerals and other things that will damage your setup.

There's also another issue / danger with copper, where basicly my whole setup is based at, is that demi-water will 'touch' the copper / damage it. U also need to care of algen that appear in your water. Happily there are ready-to-use water bottles that contain all this stuff to prevent from damaging.

I once had at pretesting algen in my water:

You can see the blue stuff that will cause harm eventually (like in leaks) in my equipment. I had to clean all the part damn good.
