Frontpage Database option greyed out

Hi

I have a subweb where if I try to select Database from the Insert menu it is gryed out on one pc but not on another?

Any ideas?

I am not sure as I don't develop on Frontpage, but you may need "SharePoint Services" or similar or you may need a service installed for it?
