Are there any good links out there that you have found helpful for css positioning and page layout? I am fairly competent with html and css. But when I start to design a new website, I get caught up for hours on how to lay everything out using css. I eventually get it working, but it's one of those trial and error things that make it work. Once I get the whole layout thing done, I am good to go.

I took a class in college on html and css but that's it so far. That was just an elective though and now I'm out of college. I seem to be getting more into it now and want to go further. What comes after this? Server-side scripting? Javascript? Flash? Or graphic programs like photoshop that complement the coding? Should I first be creating the layout of the page in photoshop and then slicing it up?

Any ideas on the css positioning and page layout is immensely appreciated, as is the direction I should be moving in after html and css.

Thanks.
