drag drop file upload

hi ,

is it possible to design a form in html which has an input box to upload pictures. will one be able to drag and drop a picture into a input box. how to implement the same?

i found this thread usefull but it odes not however mention how to use the address and upload the file into a directory on my comp.

I do not think that would involve just HTML and CSS, more javascript.
