I'm trying to find a tutorial on how you can "float" a div at the top of a page. Now, when I say "float" I don't mean like <Div..Float> I mean literally float. So that when my user scrolls down that "div" is always on the topic of their screen. I know you can do this with frames (yuck). But I was wondering if anyone had a tutorial or an example of something like this done in CSS.
