We are a freelance web design and software development company. Our team members are highly talented and have years of experience behind them in their area of expertise. We guarantee you professional services for any budget.
We are looking for new projects and new clients. We are also looking for partners that could provide us with a constant flow of clients. A partnership like this will be mutually beneficial for both parts.

You might want to learn html and fix your errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Foxygenworks.net%2F) on your own site before doing work for others for pay.

Quite a few of your sites also have validation errors http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fskincareorganix.com%2F
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fautomotivejobsonline.com%2F

I sure wouldn't want someone who doesn't know html to write html for me.

I wouldn’t be too strict on errors in released sites as they may have been caused by the client(s) or whatever.
Also I’d say let potential clients decide by themselves whether they hire them or not.

Some errors are often unusual then rather so important to mess up the design.

A strict WC3 website is hard + get it in the right browsers correctly displayed (think of firefix + internet explorer... Both handle a diff standard)
