Help with flash menu

I am currently trying to make a flash menu for a website, i am very novice at flash and would be very happy if someone pointed me in the right direction.

I don't really recommend Flash menus because they are inaccessible to search engines. Just be sure to provide an alternate html equivalent menu for your navigation. As to pointing you in the right direction that really all depends on what type of menu you want. You told us very little about what you are wanting to do. Help us help you. I can tell you is that you will need to use getURL() in actionscript to get the buttons for you menu working. Good luck.

A program called KoolMoves helped me a lot. I'm sure it's childsplay to some of the experts here but building a menu is pretty simple using it for the coding
parts and it helped me learn and understand the basics.
