Hey can you guys review my site please (don't be too harsh) and list any potential improvements.

Optimize your images. There is NO reason you should have an image that is 3201x408 and then shrink it to a mere 700px or so wide. Why do you use images for your navigation? I can understand background images but I think the copy on them should be text not an image. What is that grayish white stuff on the background image? I can't seem to make out what it is. I gave up waiting for it to load ... image size

long load time, text on nav is to small, empty white space at bottom clashes with background.
