Web Host Question: 5GBFree

There is a webhost that I found, and it sounds almost too good to be true. How can I tell if it's legit?

when looking at web hosting companies check their verification seals that should be found at the bottom (most quality hosts have these)

sometimes its worth checking if they run through another company or are independant e.g. perhaps they are on a reseller.
NOTE. does not always work may have their own namessavers.
