BWay to use same menu on every html page?

I just created a menu using using the <ul> element, and modified it using CSS. I have only done this on my home page. Is there a way to get it where it will put the menu on the same page on another .html file without me having to recode it or copy and paste all the code? I am using dreamweaver btw.

You will need to use server side includes.
http://www.joe2torials.com/view_tutorial.php?view=3 (using php, page needs to have .php extension)
