I'm currently with http://www.siteflip.com check out their cheap hosting packages http://www.siteflip.com/cheap-domain-hosting/
Must have a domain name already. They charge 99 cents a month or about 12 dollars a year. They use Cpanel for their control panel.

I use warmwebhost.com (http://warmwebhost.com), can't really be beaten in reseller hosting prices. Their support is good as well.

rentaserv.net is a good one (dont use them personally)
I wouldn't recommend GoDaddy for hosting websites or even purchasing domain names.
for more info on this, read the following

... and my 2 cents ...
about $35 per year and that includes domain name.
Everything under the sun
They also have Fantastico: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantastico_(web_hosting)
It takes about 15 seconds to install WordPress on your website.
