Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone to code me a simple program for me. The program must refresh a given url through a proxy and than refresh again changing the proxy. The program must allow a proxy list to be input via text file. I am willing to pay for this although I'm sure it is rather simple to code. What would be the purpose of this script? And its probably not going to happen using javascript because javascript has no file input methods so what other languages can you use?
