A good blog anyone know of?

I never used a blog but I just want to use one so I can have it to write my depressing lonely thoughts in, just joking, well kinda. haha.

All I want is:

- Make Private
- Host on My Server

Anyone know anything like this? Does Wordpress do this or do you need an account?

so no language preferences, or database preferences?
wordpress.org could be a good place to start or
www.google.com/search?q=php+blog <= google brings up a few aswell :)

You can download wordpress for free and install it on your own server but you need PHP4+ and MySql installed in order to use wordpress. You could sign up for a wordpress account but you would really have no control over it as it would be hosted on wordpress's server.
