CSS problems regarding Navigation & Tables

I am using a CSS drop-down menu and I am having difficulties with aligment.

I have resorted to aligning my navigation bar center using a table. But when i attempt to align each block of text center the drop-down links are not aligned with the main links. I have left the text aligned center to show what the drop-down links look like when that is done. When the text is left aligned the drop-down is directly underneath the main link though.

Also i am having troubles figuring out what coding to use with CSS to centre my table as I am using align="center" as HTML at the moment.

Ok sorry for double post but i have found out that it works FINE in firefox, just not in IExplorer. The drop down alignment that is.

Any help would be MUCh appreciated. Thanks!
