ok heres the deal, ive designed a online shopping cart, it basically manages every aspect of a website owners products. it deals with downloads and payments (through paypal) it will not take a commission off the members so the members just do a monthly payment and they get full amount from their products.
the partnership is exactly that a partnership. i am looking for someone to help make this not make it fully. it will be a 50/50 input we both deal with graphics and both code it. we will both split all profits down the middle and own it 50/50 each
