Does anyone know of any good shoutbox (or any similar web app) tutorials? I am looking find a PHP tutorial that is very project based. Some thing that introduces elements of PHP as they are applied to a project. Thanks.

most of the ones there at spoono that I saw required PHPmyAdmin or MySQL. I'd like to see some that don't involve mySQL or phpadmin
