Hello,

Since I am a newbie, my question might not make sense, but let me just try..

I have read that Java Script can call ActiveX controls (ocx or dll) that i wrote in Visual Basic.
How do I do that?

Hope it makes sense.

Thanks much in advance.

Once you've got it in your web page I reckon that you just attach JS to it much like any other. Something stirring at the back of my mind says that the <object> tag has summat to do with it, but as to exactly how to do it I dunno.

I have never used ActiveX controls in my pages so if I am wrong - well, I'm just wrong :D

But there must be someone around who actually knows summat about this so I am surprised that no-one has replied yet.

jkd...? beetle...? joh6nn...? You're all knowledgeable guys, any chance you know the answer to this poor first-poster's question? :D lol :p
