Rather than reinstall over the existing installation, uninstall it completely first then reinstall it. It was weird because I also have Rhapsody, which was working fine, and any music on the internet was working fine too. I found a page on Apple's website that said uninstall and reinstall Quicktime, and that fixed it. |
