I've tried restarting and reinstalling. It was working fine last night.

Sounds like you audio drivers might be corrupted or something. Rather than reinstall over the existing installation, uninstall it completely first then reinstall it. If that fails then find the drivers for your sound card and reinstall those.

or, you could try limewire, its free=p and they havent proved its completely illegal

It was weird because I also have Rhapsody, which was working fine, and any music on the internet was working fine too.

I found a page on Apple's website that said uninstall and reinstall Quicktime, and that fixed it.
