Hi - I have a dotnetnuke site that I have been asked to style.

this is the page I'm having a problem with (its just a test site for now.)

http://test.emotortrader.com/VehicleSearch/tabid/519/Default.aspx

The dnn module on the right, that shows the car makes on the right appears fine in IE6 and IE7, but in firefox te module content appears below the module on the left.

I've spent a while trying to get it to move but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help out on this. Usually I'm trying to get stuff to work in IE that firefox handles fine :(

Rich.

In a fixed width 2-column layout like this one, I would be using two floated fixed-width columns. You currently have a non-floated right column.

Basically, what I mean, do something like this for your right column:

.contentPane {
/* margin: 0px 0 0 352px; */
width: 426px;
background: transparent;
float:left;
}

I didn't look at why Firefox was pushing down contents compared to IE, but this thing happens when you have a cleared float followed by a float in the opposite direction. The second float goes beneath the first one in Firefox. You will avoid this if you use the above method.
