[CSS]IE, Layout looks messy, FFX it looks fine

I recently came over my problems with positioning with div's.

Now, everything looks just fine, and stays put in Firefox, while in IE I get some errors for the layout positioning, some elements are misplaced or get shortened out...

For some reason IE does not always let the box height go below the currently set font-size which usually means around 19px. From your CSS:

#TopLeft, #BottomLeft {
height: 11px;
width: 11px;
}

You can try some workarounds from here: http://bonrouge.com/~faq#shortdiv

You can also try to replace this:

<div id="LeftBorder"></div>

with this:

<div id="LeftBorder"><!----></div>
