Although I test my web development using Firefox and the Web Developer 1.1.3 extension (not to mention a slew of other add-ons), I've often wished that I could apply the same tools to IE. Obviously, this would help to narrow down cross-compatibility issues.

Today, I found this: IE Web Developer Toolbar (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E59C3964-672D-4511-BB3E-2D5E1DB91038&displaylang=en)

I downloaded and installed it, et voila! it does just what I need. This is really cool because it installs in IE6 stand-alone, no problem. Exactly where I need it the most.

Hope someone else can benefit from this, too.

I've tried this once when it was in beta. Think I'll give it another whirl to see how much its improved. Okay its improved quite a bit. Before it was just a toolbar without the dom inspector. Now it is much like Firebug for Firefox.
