Webpage design/layout blog/postcast

Hi there,

I need a design made up for a podcast/lesson website. The topic guitar lessons. The lessons will be an audio download that can also be listened to onsite.

All I need from a designer is for someone to make me a page layout with graphics and give it to me in html/css + images format.

The page format in which I request is almost 'blog' format. Please see this site: http://www.japanesepod101.com/index.php

That site has a perfect layout for what I'm after.

All of the auido player business and so forth I can do myself, no need for that to be done, just need that 1 main content page as per the link above. The design needs to be 'cool' as its for guitar lessons so darker colours im thinking, make it look maybe a bit electric? Take a look at http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/.. that site has a very 'cool' guitarist music like feel to it, i like that alot.

Please post your quote for both time and cost below, My budget is $50-$100 as its just one page.

I have had a few quotes now and yours is second best interms of price. Do you have some examples of your work? Beat the cheapest bloke I got for design skills and you got yourself $60 :)
