THE VISION:
to create a web based raffle system where a user can purchase raffle ticket/s through paypal, with the user entering name, address, email and contact number before the paypal payment is processed.

The raffle system should ensure duplicate tickets cannot be issued and the raffle can be viewed 'live' on the net with a countdown timer to the end of the raffle. Once the raffle has ended the winning ticket holder/s would be emailed congratulations.

The system should have a easy to use web based control panel which admin can change the prizes, prize picture, raffle start/end times, raffle ticket prices and to list the participants details, AND A SEPERATE PAGE TO SHOW WINNERS AND EMAILS to confrim that its a leget program

Are you expecting just the server-side scripts written or do you need a whole site building around 'the vision'?


My quote for just the server-side scripts would be $1500 and should take 2-3 days (depending on your communication speed)

so what is your budget its not going to be cheap $100 (USD) it will be more around the price nancyj gave you, i cant see anyone doing for less than 1000 GBP
