Need coders! to make somthing like myspace read for more details...

I want to make somthing like myspace but i want it to be a roleplay website where everyone has profiles, and on there profiles they can make Character profiles and upload their pics and have groups with group forums and regular forums group admins, and mods. I also want Administrators for the whole site. I am new to coding so i really need some help and whomever helps with this will be administrators on the site, get credit for it, and will have the password so it is lik ea partenership with whomever helps.

Anyone up for coding any of this?... I can do some html but lol i can not do anything else

Do you have host/domain?
And what are they going to need to do( what kind of coding do you need)?
PHP, css,xhtml..... etc. Which will you need help with
