help finding databse name thing, ( im a TOTAL noob)

Ok, I just got a mysql editor from the internet and It says:
Host Name/IP Adress

What should I put in there?

I'd think the host name is usually the website address where the database is located :)

so if your website is www.mypage.com that would be the host.

should i put my website URL, or the URL of where I go to edit the databses and stuff?

Your Hosting Company will give you the information you need.

If you have installed MySQL on your own machine, the hostname defaults to "localhost".
