installing pdo_mysql

Hello,
I am stuck with installing PDO_MYSQL (http://pecl.php.net/package/PDO_MYSQL)

I am using wampserver (http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php) as my dev env.

I have also found somewhere on the web a pdo_mysql.dll but I don't know if that's just another way of doing what the above links offers.
