I am using a Blablite chat. I have a admin panel on my website that has the options to clear chat, close chat, edit chat (delete lines), and mute user (cannot say anything). How much would someone charge to link it to that?

Why is it that every american I've ever dealt with in a professional capacity has been completely unable to understand any currency but their own?

Well I am sorry it bothers you, but I also don't speak any other language. I live in america and have every right to speak english and use USD currency.

And he has the right to state payment in GBP - just because you're an american doesnt mean you have the right to be completely ignorant of other countries or indeed online currency converters. If everyone displayed that kind of attitude there would be no international trade at all because everyone would have the 'right' to only understand their own currency.
Well it works out to around $190USD

nearer $200 - ($199.696) what you actually get will depend on the exchange rate of paypal/your bank or whoever deals with the currency conversion - you wont get the actual exchange rate. which is 1 GBP = 1.99696 USD or 1 USD = 0.500761 GBP

And I think United States citizens also have the right to switch on their brains and look for an online currency converter (Google is your friend) to compare/convert their “superior” currency with/in other currencies and see the result within a second. :)
I’m curious to see what happens when the Euro is eventually replacing the Dollar as lead currency. Are the americans gonna refuse to work with us then? :D
(P.S.: Sorry for being off topic. Please continue to discuss in the appropriate forum if necessary.)

You will find ignorant people all over the world. I would appreciate all slandering to be kept to themselves. I think you will find that we have many young members and visitors here and so ignorance in the way in which world commerce works will be more common in them. If you explain nicely to them or at least just leave a link on how to deal with money conversions, we can avoid "my country is better than yours" word wars. Being American, I've become very accustomed to the bashing of my country, but that's not to say I appreciate it. Hell, sometimes I'll jump in on those bashings, but in the end, we all have pride for our own countries, no matter the pitfalls, and so keeping any stereotypical rants out of the forums will help mitigate these misunderstandings in the future.
And not to seem partial to the situation, but the person/business supplying the work will more than likely expect to be accommodated to seeing that it is their business. A contractor should rightfully cater to the services of their potential employer. If I offered a solution to someone in Japan, they would expect me to supply a quote to them in Yen. I should not expect them to convert my USD quote. On the other hand, if the contractor doesn't know the currency being used, it's understandable, so it's always helpful for the employer to state their currency.
Thanks,
Shane
