I was wondering if anyone knew of a plug-in for eclipse which handles ASP? (code colorer isn't sufficient) something that is able to follow include lines and make functions/classes/variables available to intellisense?

I highly doubt there is a plugin for asp that does "intellisense" since even the CDT doesn't do this.
There is a plugin called EclipseColorer or something that apparently has syntax highlighting for ASP among other languages.
If you want an IDE you could probably try visual web developer express. I don't know if it contains what you need but it's free so could be worth a try.

Ah! you shatter my hopes of
"One IDE to bind them, One IDE to rule them... etc."
i hate having different IDE's for different languages :\
thanks
