Hello people!

I posting these request so I can get in thouch with people that see the possibilities to work in teams. First of all I honesty have to say that I don't have so much programming skills, but I have a lot of ideas. Thats why I am posting this so we can achieve togheter. I am a engineer and are used to project planning and managament. since I am facinated about opportunities internet can give and are interested in marketing I want to make something of the registered .eu domains I have.

I am looking for people that are willing to invest time (not money) into the projects. First of all I will consider the interested with the help of a partly payed project. I will pay between 10 to 100 dollars for the work you provide. It dippense on how big part you contribute. In this way I will see if you can collaborate and can deliver good quality products in reasonable time. By working in team we will achieve things faster and might make the project(s) profitable in a shorter time. I want to evalute the choosen ones this way. This because I don't wanna promise people deals in later projects if they not can deliver.

What I need are positive people that have skills in webdesign, graphicsdesign, php- and mysqlprogrammers. You should be able to communicate in english. If you have experience thats a plus. But I am also interested in younger people. the most important are that you finish tasks you take on.

The first project will consist mostly of editing existing scripts and streamlining them togheter so they work as one. There might also be some programming to make new features. It is also necessary to design graphics so the site will look professionally.

The site will have free and payed services and income on ads. More details about the project will be given on a later point, please send me a message if interested.

No it is not 10 -100 dollar per hour, its for each task. A big task as coding from scratch will go against 100 dollars, editing scripts and streamline them against the site go against 10 dollars. The first project are like a test, to check if you have the skills you say. If you deliver satisfying and you feel the team works out you will be asked to join the team.

There will be worked out a compansionplan that all teammembers have to agree on when joining. The idea are that being many in a team will be equall less work on each, but the result faster and bigger. So it is important that you understand that we all get payed for the future projects when they get an income.

You do realize that for a professional programmer 100 dollars may cover about an hour and a half of work and thats it? Just warning you that you get what you pay for. If you pay very little you might not get quality work.

Well, i would like to join your team.
I'm not doing it for the money, but to get even more expirience and because i just like to code once in a while. I like to help people who are motivated to manage their own site. Unfortunately for you, i'm not a professional coder so some things might take a bit longer, as I can't work full time, only on evenings and during the weekend. I'm a php and sql programmer. I'm not good at designing. However, i can implement PHP in a design but I can't make you one. You'll have to look for someone else to do that.

I have to warn you that English is not my native language, as you probably noticed. Anyway i think that I know the language good enough to communicate in an easy, fast and clear way.

So in short: I'm a PHP/SQL programmer who wants to help you in my spare time.

I have a graphic design background so I could offer some help with creating graphics and some site layout. I'm still fairly new at this myself, but I have a good eye for color. I am good at writing and editing, and I can help fix typos and other language problems on the site so that it sounds professional.

I can only spare a few hours on the weekends, maybe some more after my current classes end next week. I'm willing to do some sweat-equity work for a few dollars and some credit for my portfolio. :cool:

It have gone some days since last post now. As described before all interested will be evaluated threw a partly payed project. With partly I mean that you get payed, but not a lot for your work. Consider it as a ticket to join the team. To join the team you have to give and receive:)

The teammembers get the opprtunity to:


Develope new sites and services togheter. As a part of the team you all get payed a % of the future income.
Be a part of a consultant service, where you can freely choose tasks from a customer list and get payed right away when it is finished.
Other.




Togheter we can be something greater. A example is the opensource projects where many people make big things togheter. Each individual do less but the sum will be high.

What exactly are you planning to develop? People won't want to be a part of a team if they think the objective or aim is not worth working towards. Synergy only happens if each member knows and believes in the possibilities of the outcome.

Hello. First I all I want to thank you for your response. I will try to answer your questions as good as I can. But I can’t relieve to much of the ideas.

This are some of the domains I have and like to develope:

These can be developed in different ways. Hobbynet.eu will be developed first. It will be a startpage for people with own homepages and that are searching information about different hobbies. This site will contain a combination of free and payed services with ads. The first service that will be built are a url redirection service combined with a toplist. Some other future services that will be developed as the site grows:

• Blog.
• Forum.
• Hobbybook, i.e. something similar to facebook, myspace.
• E-mail.
• Hobbyshop, auctions, classified ads, shop and other.

The aim are to build dynamic sites that in different niches.In these we want to buy good domains that suits the services. As mentioned before these will be a long term relation and in the long run we hope to make something we all can benefit from, both economical and skills. There will as the services are built also be set together marketing teams and other to get the growth. All teams will get a provision, a commission plan will be worked out before the work starts. All have to agree on this. Hobbynet.eu will be a testproject to see how the team works togheter.

I would appreciate an estimate on the start date, as i will not have a lot of time in june. After that i'll be able to spent quite some time on your projects. Maybe we can already start and when you find more 'members', they can join us? I"m saying this because the hobbysite, as you described, is not that hard to code, so if you have a designer, i'm willing to script the whole thing. Ofcourse i'm also willing to script together with the other coder(s) you found so far...
