small quick video problem on site with php

I have an adult video site which was supposed to launch today but the coder i had said he is unable to do the video playe rpart.

THIS IS A VERY TIME SENSITIVE PROJECT AND NEED TO FIND SOMEONE TO DO THIS ASAP. THE WORK SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THEN 30 MINUTES TO DO AND PAYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED BY PAYPAL.

All i need is for the videos ont he site to play in the browser while they dowbnload. The videos are all setup to open in the browser already but they do not play. should be a quick fix. PLease pm me and leave your email or AIM/YAHOO

sorry, im not sure. From the impressions i have got it shouldnt take to long to do, maybe 30 minutes if even that?

SO i dunno 20$ if it does take 30 minutes that would work out to a rate of 40$/hour which is pretty fair imo.

Is it dynamic or is there a ton of different pages to change?

dont quote me as I am not a professional coder. But i believe it is dynamic as it is doen in php and uses a database so im sure it just has one page to change that will apply to all videos.
