Now, many people have had trouble with getting their image rollovers to work perfectly. This is because they use a lot of complicated JavaScript or Style Scripting.
So I thought that I would try and find an easy way to create image rollovers so I started trial and error. After many errors, I found the perfect solution.

First you need three different images: (one "off state", one "on state" and one "down state" as I will refer to them later).
"Off state" is what the image looks like when the mouse is not over it and it is not being clicked.
"On state" is what the image looks like when the mouse is over it but not clicking it.
"Down state" is what the image looks like when the mouse is clicking it.

Dude, what’s wrong with you?? Why are you double, triple… whatever posting? Use one post and edit it afterwards if you’ve got more to say.
There are already numerous articles and tutorials about CSS image rollovers which are the best way to go as they separate style (CSS) from structure (HTML).
Participate in useful discussions and stop that crap!

If you want to post tutorials I'd suggest putting them on your website.
