X-Cart expert needed

Need assistance in changing the look and feel of X-Cart to match our website. Also need to integrate affiliate program. Is there anyone out there that knows the program and if so, how much?

I've actually used x-cart before, and i can change the "look and feel" quite easily. But I'm not an expert.

I'd say £40 would be acceptable, think thats about $70.
