autosrat CD script code

Hi, I have a exe file that i would like to open on auto start..

has anyone got a script i can use for this.. i would like to run it on a PC and also a Mac ,,,, but i am also wondering will a .exe file run on a mac with an auto start or will there be some code that can determine if the machine being used is a mac or Pc.. :)

it tells you how to run a program on the insertion of a cd (basically what you're looking to do)

And in terms of your other query, you can't run Exe's on OS X seeing as it's a Windows executable. Also, the bottom of the article I've given you above there has a bit about running autorunning programs on Macs.

If you want to run your program on OS X, you'd have to re-write it for the Mac platform - that's the only way I can see you doing it.
