[PAID] PHP+SQL site ~$250.00

I need to improve my site... http://www.razorbacklegacy.com

I want it to have many of the features including backend (admin) similar to:
http://www.aggieathletics.com/index.php?SID=MFB
http://www.soonerstats.com

One of the main reasons I want this is because of the difficulty of updating the site. myphpadmin is nice, but not very easy when you update things almost daily with a lot of information. I need simple pages with textboxes to add information to the database.

notice the schedules, rosters, polls, etc on those sites... thats the kind of features I am looking for.

I already have a database full of data. I don't need design work - this would be all php/sql to output pages similar to those posted above.

Please be able to provide some sort of proof that you can pull this off.
