click and drag image on website

Can someone tell us how can we let user click(just one click) on an image on a web page and the image will stick to the mouse pointer and be able to be moved around the page until user clicks again to drop the image to whichever position the point is at?

We've search through heaps of sites and just can't find anything that can help us, if someone can at least tell us where abouts we can find such information it'll be greatly appreciated.

thank you both of you...:o but first of all i'd like the image to be clicked and stick to the mouse pointer rather than being dragged.... second of all... i kinda need it to work on Mozilla as wel.... >.< ....

does anybody has other ideas? please?
